曾經(jīng)，從長安城的街上打馬而過，馬蹄聲敲在青石板上，優(yōu)雅雍容。如今，在西安的街頭漫步，腳步踩在長安路上，舒暢從容。千年走過，這座古城依舊迷人，國際化時(shí)尚的西安，吸引著人們心向往之。

Once, riding through the streets of Chang'an, the sound of hooves tapping on the bluestone slabs was elegant and graceful. Now, strolling through the streets of Xi'an, stepping on Chang'an Road, it is comfortable and leisurely. After a thousand years, this ancient city is still charming, and the international and fashionable Xi'an attracts people's hearts.

既來之則安之，“安”則“宿”。

緣起

ORIGIN

從無到有，從模糊到具象，是一個(gè)非常浪漫與溫暖的過程。東家張琨是我們十多年前的老友，最初因私宅設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)而結(jié)識，并最終成為朋友。如今，我們也是彼此生活中重要的參與者。"雁子塢"顧名思義是指一個(gè)像雁塢子一樣的地方，像是雁群飛來?xiàng)⒌母蹫场Ｋ鲎越鹩构P下的《天龍八部》這個(gè)名字引申為一個(gè)寧靜、舒適的場所，為人們提供放松、休憩和享受自然的地方。當(dāng)然他也希望每個(gè)人心中都住著一個(gè)神仙姐姐。

From nothing to something, from vague to concrete, is a very romantic and warm process. Zhang Kun is an old friend we met more than ten years ago for private house design services and eventually became friends. Now, we are also important participants in each other's lives. "Yanzi Bay", as the name implies, refers to a place like a goose dock, like a harbor where geese come to roost. It comes from Jin Yong's "Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils", and the name is extended to a peaceful and comfortable place, providing people with a place to relax, rest, and enjoy nature. Of course, he also hopes that everyone has a fairy sister in their hearts.

雁子塢總占地720平米，是由15間單獨(dú)的公寓組成。在設(shè)計(jì)方案初期時(shí)，我們與項(xiàng)目東家進(jìn)行了深入而充分的交流。對于客戶畫像進(jìn)行刻畫，他/她是一位對旅行充滿熱情的人，對住宿有著極為嚴(yán)格的要求。追求的不僅是品質(zhì)卓越的住宿環(huán)境，還有寬敞舒適的空間、明亮的照明以及潔凈衛(wèi)生的居住條件。客廳應(yīng)配備新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，裝修風(fēng)格傾向于簡約而不失現(xiàn)代感。

Yanzi Bay covers a total area of 720 square meters and is composed of 15 separate apartments. In the early stages of the design plan, we had in-depth and sufficient communication with the project owner. For the customer portrait, he/she is a person full of passion for travel and has very strict requirements for accommodation. The pursuit is not only for a high-quality accommodation environment but also for a spacious and comfortable space, bright lighting, and clean and hygienic living conditions. The living room should be equipped with a fresh air system, and the decoration style tends to be simple but not without a modern sense.

我們的目標(biāo)是超越客戶的期望，讓他們感受到賓至如歸。我們希望成為他們信賴的老朋友，無論是他們自己還是他們的朋友來西安旅游時(shí)，都能再次選擇“雁子塢”。這不僅是我們的追求，更是我們的使命。

Our goal is to exceed customer expectations and make them feel at home. We hope to become their trusted old friend, and whether it is themselves or their friends who come to Xi'an for tourism, they can choose "Yanzi Bay" again. This is not only our pursuit but also our mission.

以一個(gè)單獨(dú)的房間為例，原始空間并不寬敞，衛(wèi)生間也相對緊湊。為了滿足長途旅行的客人，我們希望空間能給人以舒適感，因此在規(guī)劃中盡可能采用通透的設(shè)計(jì)，使空間看起來更加寬敞。我們將洗漱區(qū)設(shè)置在公共區(qū)域，衛(wèi)生間則僅保留了馬桶和淋浴，讓空間對人更加友好。

Taking a single room as an example, the original space is not spacious, and the bathroom is relatively compact. To meet the needs of long-distance travelers, we hope that the space can give people a sense of comfort, so we try to use a transparent design as much as possible in the planning to make the space look more spacious. We set the washing area in the public area, and the bathroom only retains the toilet and shower, making the space more friendly to people.

在整體項(xiàng)目的色調(diào)選擇上，我們希望營造一種輕松愉悅的氛圍，因此大面積的顏色以米白色為主。在細(xì)節(jié)上，我們注重產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)，采用了天然大理石、進(jìn)口涂料、進(jìn)口瓷磚、進(jìn)口潔具以及高品質(zhì)寢具。

In the color selection of the overall project, we want to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, so the main color of the large area is off-white. In the details, we pay attention to the quality of the products, using natural marble, imported paint, imported tiles, imported sanitary ware, and high-quality bedding.

考慮到更多年輕用戶的需求，我們加入了智能的功能，使人機(jī)之間交互更加流暢。通過語音控制，用戶可以輕松切換不同的場景。同時(shí)，為了保持空間的“包覆感”，我們大量使用了弧面元素進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在書桌的設(shè)計(jì)上，我們也采用了具有特色的結(jié)構(gòu)造型，讓空間變得有趣。

Considering the needs of more young users, we have added intelligent functions to make the interaction between man and machine more smooth. Through voice control, users can easily switch between different scenes. At the same time, in order to maintain the "enveloping feeling" of the space, we have used a large number of curved elements in the design. In the design of the desk, we also adopted a distinctive structural shape, making the space interesting.

墻面造型上，我們采用了時(shí)尚的皮革裝飾與幾何形狀的墻板相結(jié)合，使空間簡潔而不失設(shè)計(jì)感。墻面還采用了米色的壁布裝飾，增加了通透感。在家具和軟裝的選擇上，我們嚴(yán)格依照效果圖的方案進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，確保效果與設(shè)計(jì)方案保持一致。

In terms of wall modeling, we have combined fashionable leather decorations with geometric wall panels, making the space simple but not losing a sense of design. The walls are also decorated with beige wall cloth, increasing the sense of transparency. In the selection of furniture and soft decorations, we strictly follow the design scheme of the effect drawing to ensure that the effect is consistent with the design scheme.

在酒店的設(shè)施上我們精益求精，在酒店用品方面同樣下了很大功夫，從精心挑選的床墊、床單、被罩和枕芯，到戴森吹風(fēng)機(jī)等高端日常用品的選擇，我們對每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)都傾注了心血，確保每位客人都能享受到無與倫比的睡眠和使用體驗(yàn)。在正式開放前，東家和設(shè)計(jì)主理人對所有的洗漱用品都做了試用，滿意后才進(jìn)行采購。并在開業(yè)前對房間進(jìn)行全面的試睡，以確保所有設(shè)施和服務(wù)達(dá)到完美標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，致力于讓每位客人的住宿體驗(yàn)無可挑剔。

In the hotel facilities, we strive for excellence, and we also put a lot of effort into the hotel supplies. From the carefully selected mattresses, sheets, quilt covers, and pillow cores, to the selection of high-end daily supplies such as Dyson hair dryers, we have put our hearts into every detail to ensure that every guest can enjoy an unparalleled sleep and usage experience. Before the official opening, the owner and the design manager tried all the toiletries and purchased them only after satisfaction. And before the opening, a comprehensive trial sleep was conducted in the room to ensure that all facilities and services reach the perfect standard, and committed to making every guest's accommodation experience impeccable.

閑時(shí)靜聽山間鳥喧，倦時(shí)窗前軟塌處聽雨賞雨。在一方小世界中創(chuàng)造一個(gè)內(nèi)觀世界，感受自然風(fēng)景的流動，感受歷史與文化的積淀，靜享愜意旅途時(shí)光。

In leisure time, quietly listen to the birds in the mountains, and when tired, listen to the rain and enjoy the rain in front of the window on the soft couch.
